We value your decision to partner with St. Nicholas Hospital on the need to provide medical care to your staff members. THE RETAINERSHIP PLAN With set tariffs and credit terms, St. Nicholas Hospital is able to provide prompt access to healthcare services when your employees needs them while payment for such healthcare service(s) will be made by you, the employer at a mutually agreed date.
HOW DOES THE RETAINERSHIP PLAN WORK?
Signing up with St. Nicholas Hospital is absolutely free. Here, payment will only be made after your employee accesses our medical service(s). This process is hassle free using an agreed means of identification (list of staff, company identity card, referral letter etc.), this means your staff members can use our services when ill and at the end of treatment, sign his/her bill. The bills will then be forwarded to your firm at the end of the corresponding month for payment.
TAILORED TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS Upon signing the retainership plan with St. Nicholas Hospital, an electronic account will be created using the name of your organization; on our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to ensure seamless access to medical care for your staff in any of our facilities.
PAYMENT POLICY All outstanding payments are due at the end of each month and invoices are issued on or before the 5th day of the following month via email or hard copy (according to your preference) All outstanding payments are to be made within thirty (30) days on receipt of invoice. Failure to meet with all the above will be considered a breach of contract and may result in discontinuity of services (by the 30th of the subsequent month), if reasonable explanation is not provided. Provision of medical care to your staff that present from date can commence, however they will be required to make cash payment, until both parties agreed on terms. Pending the formalization of the retainer relationship, you are able to access our services on a cash payment basis.
RETAINERSHIP PROCESS
We follow a documentation process where you will be required to present the following documents;
1. Company CAC certificate
2. Company Profile
3. CO2 and 7 documents
4. Management Team.
5. Contact Person, designation and contact details.
6. Additional Information: Coverage area, persons and number eligible for coverage etc.
Upon receipt of the above documents, you will receive an SLA (agreement) that captures the essence of this partnership for your review and signing where satisfactory. All terms of the retainership agreement are to be met to ensure immediate access to the plan.
